This handbook was created by the partner organisations of Hyphae, an Erasmus+ KA2 cooperation partnership connecting Italy, Portugal, and Romania. We work with young people and communities through non-formal education, participatory methods, and community-based projects, focusing on inclusion, collaboration, and quality youth work. Hyphae allowed us to share practices, test tools, and turn our learning into resources that others can adapt.
